Booking

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting us via phone or email. We will do our best to accommodate a new slot, subject to availability.

Cancellation by Patient

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Cancellation by Clinic

In rare circumstances (medical emergency, force majeure, or unforeseen events), we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative slot or a full refund.

6 Payments

All fees for consultations and treatment packages are displayed on the Website in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment is due at the time of booking.
